- WPForms: contact form processing. Form submissions are stored on our secured WordPress server and delivered to our email.
- Google Workspace: email communication and file storage.
These services operate under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not share identifiable personal data beyond what is necessary to deliver the service you requested.
4. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to support basic functionality and analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors and track session data in an anonymized form. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some site features may not function correctly.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and client communications for a maximum of three years, or longer if required by applicable law or ongoing business relationship. Website analytics data is retained per Google Analytics’ standard retention settings (14 months by default).
