These Terms of Service govern your use of luxtongroup.com and any services provided by Luxton Group (“we,” “us,” “our”). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Luxton Group provides local SEO, Google Business Profile management, website design, review generation, and related digital marketing services for local trades and home service businesses. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

2. Setup and Monthly Fees

Our pricing consists of a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly management fee. Setup fees are due upon signing and are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly fees are billed in advance on the same date each month.

3. 7-Day Delivery Commitment

We commit to completing the initial website build, Google Business Profile setup, and SEO foundation within 7 business days of the onboarding call, provided that the client supplies all required information and approvals within the same period. Delays caused by missing client information, unavailable access credentials, or late approvals will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

4. Client Responsibilities

To receive services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, including name, address, service area, services offered, and any required access credentials.
• Review and approve deliverables within the specified review period.
• Provide access to Google accounts (Search Console, Business Profile, Analytics) necessary to perform the services.
• Ensure all content and materials you provide do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Cancellation Policy

Monthly management services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice after the first 90 days. The first 90 days are required to allow sufficient time for SEO strategies to produce measurable results. No partial-month refunds are issued. Setup fees are non-refundable in all cases.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all applicable fees, client websites and content created specifically for the client become the client’s property. Our proprietary processes, templates, systems, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of Luxton Group. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Results Disclaimer

SEO and Google Business Profile rankings are influenced by factors outside our control, including Google algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. We commit to applying best practices and proven strategies, and to transparent reporting on measurable activity metrics.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luxton Group’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid in the three months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
